Job Title: Tele sales Executive – D2C Seller Acquisition (Logistics)


Location: Onsite, Bangalore


Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy Telesales Executive to acquire and manage long-tail D2C sellers for our logistics platform.

This role combines AI-assisted outreach, high-volume calling, and end-to-end ownership. From first conversation to seller activation and shipment monitoring.

You will work closely with our AI outreach program to convert small D2C brands selling via their own websites into active, transacting customers.




Key Responsibilities

1. Seller Acquisition & Outreach. 

Make inbound and outbound calls to D2C sellers generated via AI-driven outreach programs
Pitch logistics solutions tailored for small D2C brands (website-first sellers)

Understand seller pain points around shipping, COD, RTOs, delivery speed, and costs

2. Closing & Onboarding

Close sellers end-to-end without handoffs
Guide sellers through onboarding, KYC, and first shipment activation
Ensure timely setup and first order movement

3. Account Monitoring & Growth

Track early shipment activity post-onboarding
Follow up with newly acquired sellers to ensure order flow starts and sustains
Identify upsell opportunities as volumes grow

4. Target Ownership & Reporting.

Own monthly acquisition targets as the primary KPI
Drive secondary KPIs like order volume and activation rate
Maintain accurate call notes and updates in CRM

5. Success Metrics

Number of sellers acquired (Primary)
Seller activation rate
Order volume within defined post-onboarding window
Call productivity (calls made, connects, conversions)

6. Ideal Candidate Profile. Must-Have:

1+ year experience in telesales or inside sales

Proven experience in outbound calling and closing over the phone
Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven environments
Strong communication and objection-handling skills

7. Good-to-Have

Prior experience in logistics, shipping, D2C SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce
Familiarity with D2C brands, Shopify/WooCommerce sellers, or website-based selling

8. Working Style & Expectations

Comfortable working with AI tools, CRMs, and structured outreach lists
