Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Rere to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. The role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders including founders and CXOs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients through proactive lead hunting
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients (lead farming)
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from pitch to closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct business discussions with founders, CXOs, and senior management
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and forecast accurately
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings
Key Skills & Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and founders
- Good understanding of eCommerce, logistics, SaaS, and technology-driven business models
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in eCommerce, logistics, SaaS, or tech-enabled services
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
