 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the logistics/supply chain domain
  • Manage the complete end-to-end sales process — outreach, pitching, negotiations, and closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant logistics solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure smooth delivery of services

Requirements
  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, specifically in the logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of logistics services, freight, 3PL/4PL, or supply chain processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Result-driven mindset with ownership of targets
